For ParkGuide, the current code contains an explicit region logic for this combination:
Neu-Ulm
handover or fallback to Ulm
This means that if no suitable parking data is available directly for Neu-Ulm, myTuur can fall back to Ulm and filter results by proximity to your current location.
For events, there is currently no hardcoded city list in the app code. The feature is therefore generally useful wherever event data is available for your region.
